We review the request
We review administrative scope, workload, document condition, communication needs, and timing. We may ask limited follow-up questions needed to estimate the work.
Receive a written fixed-fee quote
If the project fits our permitted scope, the quote explains included work, exclusions, fixed fee, payment terms, expected turnaround, and expiration date. Quotes are generally provided within two business days after we have enough information.
Approve the scope and submit payment
Production begins only after written approval, required policy acknowledgments, payment, and receipt of the items identified for the approved scope.
Submit documents securely
Accepted clients receive secure-upload instructions. Do not send original identity or civil documents unless an authorized recipient specifically requires an original.
Preparation and administrative review
We complete the quoted clerical preparation, organization, assembly, and mechanical checks. Questions requiring legal interpretation or strategy are referred to qualified legal help.
Client review and final delivery
You review every form and document, confirm accuracy and completeness, request included corrections, sign where required, and make the final submission. We deliver the completed administrative work in the quoted format.
